MyDPD for SME
A shipping tool for small companies that need business features with the ease of use of a consumer app. The people using it run real operations, but they have no IT department and no appetite for enterprise software.
IDM
IDM is an administration tool for notifications: SMS, push, email with configurable templates, and WhatsApp. It holds the rules for what gets sent, when, how, in which language, from which company, and a good deal more.
It is the kind of tool that used to take months of training before anyone could use it. My work has been to rebuild its usability from the ground up and bring it onto the design system.
Reporting Tool
A B2B tool for the accountants and administrators of theatres and sports promoters in Germany, including the Deutsche Nationalmannschaft (DFB). Their tax reporting is complicated by nature. The job was to make it simpler and faster.
The software it replaced was old, with unintuitive patterns and real usability flaws. Users entered a lot of information by hand and checked it against Excel tables. And this is tax, where a mistake can become a serious problem for the person and for the company.
Most of an event's information already lives in the company's core system, so it syncs into the reporting tool. Users no longer enter or correct that data themselves. What they add is the information that is specific to their own taxes.
That information is inherited. Global settings apply to everything in the system. An event group can change them, and a single event can change its group. At each level the user sees what differs from the level above. The system then generates the reports from the ticket data, the user's own figures and the rules built into the program. Months of manual work become an automated job.
